CANCELLATION POLICY:
You can cancel up to 24hours before the shoot free of charge. If you cancel within 24hrs you may be charged a cancellation fee.

RESCHEDULE:
Reschedulings due to weather are free of charge, please wait as close to the time of the booking as possible as weather forecasts are unpredictable.

MEDIA DELIVERY:
Our turnaround times for receiving Photos are within 24hrs and for Videos you will receive the first draft within 48hrs.

OWNERSHIP OF MEDIA:
It is customary for photographers to retain the copyright for photography. We do reserve that copyright, but you are free to use the media for all your marketing needs. We do not allow content to be given to 3rd party to use without our approval, they can apply for a licence from us directly.

Please ensure the property is presentable and prepared prior to the booking time.
